The Shin-MassBank project was initiated last year to expand MassBank records (https://shin.massbank.jp/). This project aims to develop a re-analysis pipeline that generates high-quality and well-annotated product ion spectra from public metabolome datasets. For the purpose, a spectral averaging method was constructed to improve the quality of product ion spectra in DDA datasets.
