This method is based on a series of humidity controlled purified air generator, DART ion-source and shielded interface technique followed by high-resolution OrbitrapTM MS detector. In this presentation, we describe about the sensitivity of this system. We determine the odor substances with GC-O-MS, then established quantification of them, especially fatty-acids in real-time with very high sensitivity with our DART-MS system.
