Quantitative Evaluation of ESI In-Source CID Efficiency

Dissociation efficiency of ions depends on their dissociation rate constant and internal energy, which can be estimated by quantum chemistry calculation and survival yield method with thermometer ion, respectively. In this study, the method for quantitative evaluation of ESI in-source CID efficiency has been proposed.
