To understand the quality attribute of human-induced pluripotent stem cells-derived neuronal cells, the changes in glycoprotein production and their N-glycosylation during neuronal differentiation was analyzed by a sequential LC/MS/MS of cellular tryptic digest, enriched glycopeptides, and deglycosylated peptides. Our results and proposed method could provide valuable information for the development of processes and quality control strategies in the development of cell products.
