How Different is dia-PASEF from Usual DIA? – New Approaches of PASEF -

(Bruker)
oYoshihiko Takinami

Targeted proteomics approaches are commonly used recently either to perform exploratory researches and validation researches of biomarker candidates.
PASEF was originally introduced for deep proteomics approach with speed and sensitivity as one of the DDA methods. Bruker recently expand its capability to DIA (dia-PASEF) and PRM (prm-PASEF).
In this seminar, we will present the strengths of these new PAEF methods as well as how they work.
