Evaluation of resolution of triple focus time-of-flight analyzer using sample voltage pulsing
This study provides the resolution of a time-of-flight spectrometer using sample voltage pulsing. The relationship between the mass resolution and the pulse width of the sample voltage is also analyzed using an external high voltage switching circuit that can change the pulse width.
