Automatic visualization of trans-omics data of mass spectrometry using Garuda connectivity platform

A data analysis and automated visualization pipeline for the mass spectrometry-based trans-omics metabolism data has been developed on the Garuda platform. The pipeline is composed of multiple gadgets such as "ShimadzuMSDataImport" to integrate data and "Data mapping" to analyze data. Automatic visualization of the metabolic pathway of the trans-omics dataset facilitates understanding of the interplay among omics data. The Garuda platform plays the pivotal role in connecting and automating data transfer.
