Exhaustive mass spectrometric analysis of multiple samples by Py-Tag reagents
Quantification of protein is important for fundamental science as well as application one such as medical, bioengineering and pharmaceutical fields. Py-Tag reagents are provided as a set of three stable isotopic reagents. The use of three reagents allows multiplexing of three different samples in a single LC/MS/MS experiment. In this research, Py-tag easily modified with free amino acid, synthetic peptide and digested protein. We were able to analyze same sample that labeled Py-tags.
