Analysis in the food and environmental research fields using quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer X500R

(Tottori Univ. Environ. Studies)
oAtsushi Yamamoto

High-resolution mass spectrometry grows increasingly important in food and environmental analyses. X500R is a hybrid type mass spectrometer of quadrupole and time-of-flight, which is dedicated to routine analysis for small molecules. In this seminar, some examples for compound identification with high-resolution mass spectrometry will be presented.
