Development of laser ionization mass spectrometer (LIMS) for detection of trace in air

Threat to human security and health by explosive or toxic substances and VOC has been growing in recent years. Therefore, there is strong demand for a rapid and highly-sensitive detection device of trace substances in air. At present, we are devoted to develop the device based on a lase ionization mass spectrometer (LIMS) equipped with mass gate.
