Bio-distribution of Small Gold Nanoparticles after Oral Administration in a Zebrafish
Small spherical gold nanoparticles (~10 nm) were prepared and fed to a zebrafish. Imaging mass spectrometry revealed the in vivo distributions of the gold nanoparticles at several hours after the ingestion. Au+ signals were found at upside the air bladder and around eyes at 48 h after feeding.
