超百寿者血漿タンパク質のN-結合型糖鎖解析
We performed N-glycomics of plasma proteins in Japanese semisuper centenarians (SSCs) (>105 years) (mean 106.7 ± 0.5 years), aged controls (mean 71.6 ± 1.5 years), and young controls (mean 30.2 ± 8.1 years) using liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS). N-glycans, which are characteristic in SSCs, were identified using multivariate analyses (MVA) method. It was suggested that multi-branched and high sialylated glycans were increased in SSCs, while that biantennary- and asialoglycans were decreased in SSCs. These results suggest that N-glycans of plasma proteins are associated with extreme longevity and/or healthy aging.
