フラグメントレスイオン化質量分析における化学種同定のためのDCR解析
New method for peak assignment on EI mass spectrum, which permitted good identification of evolved gaseous species in EGA/MS with fragmentless ionization, was studied. This method based on Different Calculation method of Regression analysis (DCR) of Thermo MS iongrams of molecular ion and fragment ions. As a result, EI mass spectrum of fatty acids mixture could be deconvoluted to three mass spectra which were coincident with those of oleric acid, palmitic acid and myristic acid in NIST database.
