脂質解析プラットフォーム Lipid Searchの構築

Lipidomics, which is the large scale study of pathways and networks of cellular lipids, has been greatly advanced with improvement of mass spectrometry (MS). However lipid analysis is still challenging because of the large number and chemical diversity of lipid species. Here, we have developed LipidSearch software which enables high-throughput lipidomics analysis using effective algorithms to analyze lipidome with more accurate, larger capacity and higher speed. In this study, we present the details of latest improvement of LipidSearch software and its algorithms.
