イオンモビリティーMSによるセサミン類の構造異性体分離
An electrospray ionization-quadrupole/traveling wave ion-mobility/orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometer was used to distinguish the stereoisomer of sesamin, episesamin and other sesame lignans. Sesamin was a labile compound in ESI process [1]. But alkali metal adduct ion of sesamin and episesamin was not observed dehydration and dehydrogenation ions in ESI-MS, and the sodium adduct ion of sesamin and episesamin could be separated by the ion-mobility MS. Result of collision cross section (CCS) calculation, the molecular size of episesamin is smaller than that of sesamin.
