イオンガイドを利用したイオンモビリティ分析計の開発
An ion mobility spectrometer (IMS) that has quadrupole ion guide with 3-segment plate electrodes has been assembled. We measured reduced mobility (K0) of Ar+. This result was consistent with the value of drift cell apparatus.
