The Committee for the Promotion of Gender Equality in the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan was established at the end of 2012. This is the 2nd MSSJ Gender Equality workshop. The theme of this workshop is The Work-life Balance from the Viewpoint of “Iku-men”.
