完全メチルイヌリンオリゴマーのキラルアンモニウムイオンに対するキラル識別能
Chiral discrimination of permethylated inulin oligomers toward chiral ammonium ion was evaluated using fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry coupled with the enantiomer deuterium-labeled guest method. The complex ions of all given permethylated inulin oligomer with chiral ammonium ion were observed in the mass spectra. For each guest, specific enantioselectivity of permethylated inulin oligomer was recognized. The chiral discrimination ability was large enough to apply to chiral stationary phase in liquid chromatography.
