Aspergillus属真菌の迅速同定で用いるリボソームタンパク質の比較解析
To construct ribosomal protein database for the rapid identification of fungi of the genus Aspergillus, expressed ribosomal proteins of genome-sequenced strains of different six species have been characterized by MALDI-TOFMS. Amino acid sequences and post-translational modifications of ribosomal proteins were verified. We have confirmed that ribosomal proteins could be surely observed and their mass are highly-species specific. Therefore, ribosomal proteins would be useful biomarkers for rapid identification of the genus Aspergillus at the species level.
