ペプチド分子多電荷イオンの立体構造変化と温度依存性
To examine three-dimensional conformation of biomolecule multiply-charged ions in gas phase by temperature dependence, we researched proton transfer reaction of peptide ions and target molecules by tandem mass spectrometer with electrospray ionization (ESI). Peptide ion showed different behavior between high and low temperature. We discussed the conformation of peptide ion from experiment results.
