In the present study, LC-MS/MS analysis of Themococcus kodakarensis BpsA (Tk-BpsA)-dcSAM reaction product was conducted, revealing two aminopropyl groups bound to either neighboring two of five acidic residues (E339, D342, D343, E344, and E345) in C-terminal flexible region.
