Amidation/Non-amidation Analysis of Neuropeptide Y by LC-Orbitrap MS
Non-amidated NPY was identified directly by nanoLC ultra-high resolution Orbitrap MS at 240,000 mass resolution from amidated NPY. The amount of non-amidated NPY was a few ten times lower than that of amidated NPY in mouse brain.
