Application of mass spectrometry instruments with ion mobility function has been spread into proteomics or metabolomics fields rapidly, to analyze complex mixture samples. Also in industrial field, the demand for the analysis of complex mixture samples is increasing. Although LC-MS has been widely used for such mixture samples conventionally, ion mobility separation was tried in this study to analyze polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil which is one of typical detergent and is a mixture of various structures.
