The integrated qualitative analysis using accurate mass information of spectra obtained from the electron ionization (EI) method that easily generates fragment ions and the soft ionization method that easily observes molecular ions such as field ionization (FI) was reported. In the EI method, in the case of compounds having common partial structures, common fragment ions or neutral loss are observed regardless of the entire structure. For example, in aromatic compounds, C6H7 fragment ion is characteristically observed. Considering this point, we developed the method (hereinafter referred to as group analysis) for extracting a group of compounds with similar structures and isomers using fragment ions or neutral loss as an index. In addition, we report that a compound detection method by deconvolution for the detection of trace components.
