銀蒸着法を用いた表面支援レーザー脱離イオン化による合成高分子中の添加剤のイメージング質量分析

Imaging mass spectrometry on polymer additives in synthetic polymer using silver deposition SALDI was investigated. Thin films of Polystyrene 2550, 5000, 10000 including 0, 0.1 and 1% IRGANOX1010 were analyzed. Sensitivity of IRGANOX1010 for 50μm pixel size imaging mass spectrometry will be discussed. We also compared the result with conventional MALDI-IMS using spray method.
