We developed a quanititation method for glycoforms of monoclonal antibodies using a novel internal standard prepared from a mAb by treating with endoglycosidases. This method provides a linearity with r=0.994 for major glycoforms in the range of 10-500 fmol and is expected to be used for quality control of mAb products.
