Mix Nano-PALDI法によるトリテルペン類のイオン化効率の向上と考察

In recent years, nanoparticles (NPs) have been used as biosensors and in fields such as catalysis, imaging, and drug-delivery. In particular, functionalized NPs have attracted much attention in the field of nanoengineering, and they have several medical, analytical, and in vivo delivery applications.
Furthermore, the NPs have been applied as ionization-assisting materials in mass spectrometry (MS) techniques which is called Nano particle-assisted laser desorption/ionization (Nano-PALDI) MS as well as DIOS and SALDI.
In this research, we synthesized thirteen different NPs by wet precipitation method and investigated the ionization efficiency of triterpene : ginsenoside Re, Rg1, Rb1.
NPs were divided into two groups, statistically. From the data, we selected three NPs: copper oxide- (CuO), iron oxide- (FeO) and manganese oxide (MnO)-based NPs. CuO NP could efficiently ionized ginsenoside Re. In the case of FeO NP, Re and Rg1were efficiently ionized. Rb1 was efficiently ionized by just MnO NP. The mixture of these three NP could show not only efficient ionization of sample but synergistic positive data.
