Thrombosis is one of the most serious disease, which is also known to be associated with heart and cerebrovascular disease. For prevention and treatment of thrombosis, we are conducting quantitative proteomics researches with SWATH techniques. Using disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) model mice, protein expression changes and differential phosphorylation regulations are being investigated.
