13C代謝フラックス解析によるがん細胞中心代謝株間比較
13C-metabolic flux analysis (13C-MFA) was conducted for a comparison of central carbon metabolism in three human cancer cell lines. MCF7 (human breast cancer) , HeLa (human cervical cancer) and HepG2 (human liver cancer) were cultured in DMEM containing [1-13C]glucose. The metabolic flux distributions of three cancer cells were successfully determined from the 13C-labeling patterns of intracellular metabolites. The results showed that main source of NADPH for the active cell growth was the reaction catalyzed by acid NADP+ oxidase in all three strains.
