前処理を行わない尿中代謝物の分析
When analyzing metabolite in urine using Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, in general, the urine sample is needed to be pretreated separately by Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE), dilution, etc. In order to avoid such tedious pretreatment procedure, we tried to combine on-line SPE-LC system and Mass Spectrometry so that the sample preparation and separation analysis can be implemented at one time. As a result, we succeeded in detecting some metabolites in urine without any separate sample preparation.
