タッピング型走査プローブエレクトロスプレーイオン化法による PMMAフィルム表面の添加剤のイメージング質量分析

Tapping-mode scanning probe electrospray ionization (t-SPESI) was applied to imaging mass spectrometry of oxidation inhibitor, Irganox1098 contained in a PMMA model film. The effectiveness of t-SPESI was demonstrated to detect sensitively UV degradation products and to obtain their imaging map.
