レーザー脱離イオン化を用いた表面処理剤のイメージング質量分析

Perfluoropolyether(PFPE) is used as a coating material for glass surface of smartphone’s display. Molecular structure of PFPE was measured by using laser desorption ionization to prevent fragmentation. Distribution of PFPE molecules coated on glass was also observed by imaging mass spectrometry.
