Call for Participation
Requirements Oral Presentation
  • Presentation: 15min., Discussion: 5 min.
Poster Presentation
  • The display board size should be 120cm wide by 120cm high.

  • Participants will make a short presentation with OHP for two minutes at the Conference.
When we can't meet your requested presentation style for certain reasons, we will select your presentation style.

Using a LCD projector (you must bring your own computer) as well as OHP is now under review as to oral presentation.

Before you apply for the presentation, please prepare;

  1. Presentation Style ( Oral / Poster / Not specify )

  2. Scientific Category ( Please select one from the list on the web. )

  3. Title, Affiliation ( and its abbreviation ), Name of all Presenters ( In both Japanese and English. In English only would be approved. )

  4. Name of the Main Presenter ( The person who makes a demonstration on the stage or before the poster. )
  5. Zip code, Address, Name, Phone number, FAX number, Email Address

  6. Abstract ( Within 500 letters. Attatched papers are NOT available. )

  7. Keywords ( Please select from the list on the web. )
  8. OHP or LCD projector
  9. Classification of all authors (Whether member or not.)

Instruction for the Preparation of the Typescripts
ProcessPlease send two Abstracts and a Abstract for Database Sheet to the address at the bottom of this page by mail. When you enter figures in the typescript, please draw in the body text or paste them on the paper. ( The captions should be written in English. )
Abstracts The typescript should be prepared on an A4 portrait paper or its equivalent paper with margins. ( Topmargin: 23mm, Sidemargins: 28mm, Bottom margin: 34mm )

The upper left corner of the text should be blank ( 30mm high by 40 mm wide ) for the committie to enter the Presentation Number.

On the top of page 1, the Title ( 16 points ), the Body Text ( 12 points ), and English text including Subject ( 12 points, ) should be provided.

The following items should appear on separate lines.

  1. Title ( 16 points )

  2. Affiliation ( Please specify the abbreviation. Between affiliations, a dot "" should be entered. ),
    ( 12 points items below )

  3. Name( Presenter's name should be marked "". Each Kanji character must be given its reading in Kana on its top. Between names, a dot "" should be entered. )

  4. English Title ( Required )

  5. English Affiliation, Name( Required )

  6. English Abstract ( Within 500 letters )

  7. Keywords ( The position is changed. Please put keywords between the English Abstract and Main Text. )
  8. The Body Text ( In English or Japanese )
All area should be used for the body text on page 2.

The captions of figures should be written in English.

Abstracts for
Database Sheet
Please make sure that the Title, Affiliation, Presenter, etc. are correct. You can't change them after the abstract submission.

Font size should be 9.5 - 10 points (including Title).

There is no need that the keywords in the abstracts and the keywords in the registration form are the same.
