Please check the location of your presentation. If your presentation
number includes "O1", you are requested to speak in the Meeting
Rooms #1, 1F. If your presentation number includes "O2", you are
requested to speak in the Meeting Rooms #2. Also, for "O3", you
are requested to speak in the Auditorium.
For a 20-minute time slot, you are advised to speak within 15 minutes,
and the rest 5 minutes are for questions/discussions.
The room will be equipped only for OHC projection.
(Please make sure we have neither OHP projector nor the projector
for electric documents.)
Each speaker should prepare color-printed presentation materials(A4
or Letter size), and requested to change the papers by himself (herself)
or by an assistant who the speaker charged.
