Registration
Registration desk for your presentation is located on the 1F-lobby and will be open 9:00 - 17:00 throughout the conference.
 Locations of the Conference Sessions
- Special Lectures: Auditorium, 1F.
- Symposium / Workshop: Auditorium, 1F and Meeting Rooms #1 and #2, 3F and 4F.
- Oral Sessions: Auditorium, 1F and Meeting Rooms #1 and #2, 3F and 4F.
- Poster Sessions: Display Hall, 1F.
- Luncheon Seminars: Meeting Rooms #1 and #2, 3F and 4F.
- Corporate Exhibitions: Display Hall, 1F.
 Oral Presentation
 

Please check the location of your presentation. If your presentation number includes "O1", you are requested to speak in the Meeting Rooms #1, 1F. If your presentation number includes "O2", you are requested to speak in the Meeting Rooms #2. Also, for "O3", you are requested to speak in the Auditorium.

For a 20-minute time slot, you are advised to speak within 15 minutes, and the rest 5 minutes are for questions/discussions.

The room will be equipped only for OHC projection.
(Please make sure we have neither OHP projector nor the projector for electric documents.)

Each speaker should prepare color-printed presentation materials(A4 or Letter size), and requested to change the papers by himself (herself) or by an assistant who the speaker charged.

 Poster Presentation

The poster board size is 150 cm × 150 cm.
Caution: the upper-left corner (15 cm W × 25 cm H) of the board will be occupied for the Poster Number.

Posters are suggested to be posted on the board in 9:00 - 10:00 on the day scheduled.
Posters must be removed from the board during the following time:

  •  June 2nd: 17:00 - 17:10
  •  June 3rd: 17:00 - 17:10
  •  June 4th: 15:00 - 15:10 - caution: time is different from the other 2 days
  The representative presenter is requested to be with own Poster during the Core Time and responsible to explain and discus with audiences. The Core Time of each day is:
  •  June 2nd: 16:00 - 17:00
  •  June 3rd: 16:00 - 17:00
  •  June 4th: 11:00 - 12:00 - caution: time is different from the other 2 days
  Authors are expected to supply by themselves other than pushpins to mount their posters.
Pushpins will be supplied at the registration desk.
 For Symposium/Workshop speakers
  Please be advised by your coordinator(s) for the presentation details.
Also, please make sure that we can only use OHC projector for your presentation materials (caution: we have neither OHP projector nor the projector for electric files).
 For Special Lectures
  The Power Point Presentation might be available on your request.
