With increasing demand for large-scale peptide mapping of therapeutic candidates, automating time-consuming manual processes is essential for achieving high-throughput, high-quality results. The Genedata Biopharma Platform enables high-throughput peptide mapping by automating information retrieval from centralized data management systems, accelerating data pre-processing, and results review. Here we demonstrate how Genedata Expressionist® drives automation, facilitating efficient data analysis and reporting of peptide mapping results back to the central data backbone. Unique new enhancements enable high-throughput screening and the creation of large, structured databases for downstream ML/AI applications.
