[H ー H]+ Formation of Dihydrosanguinarine Derivatives in MALDI-MS and LC-ESI-MS

We analyzed sanguinarine and dihydrosanguinarine by using MALDI-MS and LC-ESI-MS. We detected [M ー H]+ and [M]+ in MALDI-MS of dihydrosanguinarine, and we detected [M ー H]+ and [M + H]+ in LC-ESI-MS. The [M ー H]+ of dihydrosanguinarine in ESI-MS were generated in the ionization process, and the [M ー H]+ generation depended on the eluting solution.
