[H ー H]⁺ Formation of Dihydrosanguinarine Derivatives in MALDI-MS and LC-ESI-MS

We analyzed sanguinarine and dihydrosanguinarine by using MALDI-MS and LC-ESI-MS. We detected [M ー H]⁺ and [M]⁺ in MALDI-MS of dihydrosanguinarine, and we detected [M ー H]⁺ and [M + H]⁺ in LC-ESI-MS. The [M ー H]⁺ of dihydrosanguinarine in ESI-MS were generated in the ionization process, and the [M ー H]⁺ generation depended on the eluting solution.
