Development of High-Pressure High-Temperature Nano Electrospray using Micropipette Tips

A high-temperature, high-pressure nano electrospray ionization source using disposable micropipette tips was developed. A spraying liquid temperature > 100 ℃ was achieved by suppressing the boiling under pressure. The electrical and mass spectrometric characteristics of this ion source will be reported.
