By combining rule-based computation and manual assessment to improve both result quality and traceability, the Genedata Biopharma Platform facilitates untargeted intact covalent binding mass spectrometry analysis for high-throughput applications. This streamlined workflow drastically reduces scientists’ molecule evaluation time throughout drug discovery, from days to minutes.

To identify the most effective compound during drug discovery, it is essential to study how drug candidates interact with target proteins at a molecular level and characterize any structural modifications. Intact covalent binding mass spectrometry detects both unbound targets and compound-bound complexes, providing crucial insights. While untargeted workflows identify and characterize all sample elements, they are time-consuming and require extensive manual review. The integrated workflow of the Genedata Biopharma Platform combines rule-based automated analysis with manual assessment, improving efficiency and accuracy.
