MassBank and Quality of Mass Spectra

Most of the data collected in MassBank, MSSJ Repository of Mass Spectra, is of lower quality based on the conventional standards of mass spectra. They are helpful for the identification of chemical structure using ESI-MS/MS. Mass spectrometry is promising as a tool that provides the chemical structural information of organic compounds in the gas phase.
