転写プレートを用いた高分解能イメージング質量分析の基礎検討
A transfer plate can transcribe the compounds on the sample surface that is difficult to make the sample sections. The transfer plate also has the ability for surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization, so it is practical to use in mass spectrometry imaging in the low-mass region. We have demonstrated mass imaging spectrometry for transcribed strawberry section surface using a high mass resolution matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometer.
