Multimatrix MALDI-MSによるピロリジジンアルカロイド解析と蕗の薹苦み分析
Nitrogen atom bondages of alkaloids can be identified by multimatrix MALDI-MS. It was useful to study pyrrolizidine alkaloids because they showed the specific spectral patterns. We also analyzed hot-water extracts from Petasites japonicus, and we were able to identify petasitenine.
