In recent years, the development of new biopharmaceuticals such as next-generation antibodies and viral vectors has been promoted. In the field of quality control of biopharmaceuticals, accurate analyses of their chemical modification, decomposition, and aggregation have an important role. For this purpose, we have been developing a high-resolution multi-turn TOF-MS. In this presentation, we demonstrate the results of monoclonal antibody analyses and other applications.
