シースレスCE-MSを用いた1細胞メタボロミクスへの取り組み
Analyzing metabolites contained in single cell is one of the ultimate goals in metabolomics. We have developed a novel sheathless CE-MS method to improve the sensitivity of metabolome analysis. In this seminar, I will provide our latest efforts in single-cell analysis using sheathless CE-MS and discuss future developments.
