質量分析法を用いたメタボロミクス再考
Metabolome analysis technology has been developed for nearly 20 years and widely used as a tool of dairy research. To check the current state of metabolome analysis technology, I would like to review my review and commentary articles published in Mass Spectrometry magazine (Mass Spectrometry (2016) 5(2), S0052, Mass Spectrometry (2014) 3(S2), S0038) and discuss the progress and future prospects over the past 7-8 years.
