インラインサンプル前処理カラムを用いた四重極飛行時間型質量分析計によるほうれん草抽出液中残留農薬のスクリーニング分析
The QuEChERS method is widely used as a preparation method that can efficiently extract and purify pesticides without special equipment. However, it has problems such as reproducibility by operators and time required to perform it. In this study, screening analysis of pesticide residues in spinach extract was performed by using In-Line Sample Preparation (ILSP) column and a quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer.
