シアル酸結合様式特異的誘導体化に対応した糖鎖組成推定Webソフトの開発
We developed MS ASSETs Glycan which is a simple web software to deduce the glycan composition from the peak m/z value obtained by an MS measurement of the glycan. The software also has a functionality for newly developed sialic acid linkage-specific derivatization methods. We will mainly introduce how to analyze derivatized sialic acid isomers using MS ASSETs Glycan.
