イオン移動度質量分析によるジベンゾクラウンエーテル–NH4+錯体の異性化反応の研究
Dibenzo-24-crown-8 (DB24C8) complex with NH4+ ion was separated to two types of conformers by ion mobility–mass spectrometry (IM–MS) at 86 K. The two conformers were attributed to open and closed structures in which the relative positions of the two benzene rings were different from each other. As the temperature increased, the bimodal arrival-time distribution (ATD) gradually merged into a single peak because of isomerization between the two conformations, and finally the two types of conformers of NH4+(DB24C8) were not separated above ~ 150 K. ATDs at 86–205 K were analyzed by an original simulation program to obtain the activation energy for isomerization of the complex.
