Agilent SFC-MSによるリピドーム解析ツールの使用事例
he selection of sample extraction method, analytical instrument, and target lipid is of great importance in lipidomics. However, due to the variety of analytical instruments and conditions used in lipidomics it is often challenging for newcomers to select them. In this seminar, we will provide an outline of lipidome analysis using the Agilent SFC-MS as well as introduce non-targeted analysis using 6546 QTOF-MS with the new Data Dependent Acquisition mode.
