SNAP II in Oligonucleotide Analysis by Bruker UHR-QTOF's
Oligonucleotides are an important class of molecules in applications such as genetic testing, research reagents or biotherapeutics. Recently there are emerging needs for the analysis of oligonucleotides with more than 50 nucleotide residues. Unfortunately, it is difficult to observe the monoisotopic ion peaks of such molecules because the intensity of the monoisotopic peaks is generally too weak to detect directly.
I will present the availability of an algorithm named “SNAP II” in determining the monoisotopic mass of these oligonucleotides based on the TIP (True Isotopic Pattern) of Bruker UHR-QTOF’s.
