In-Depth Characterization of Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) and iPSC-Derived Neural Cells by LC/MS/MS
Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) and iPSC-derived neurons are expected to provide new possibilities for regenerative medicine and evaluating safety and efficacy of drugs. However, details of their glycoproteomic characters are still unclear. We conducted LC/MS/MS-based glycoproteomics regarding the neural differentiation of iPSCs and revealed alternations of N-linked glycosylations on cell surface proteins related to cell adhesion.
